During a routine upgrade of our systems on Friday night/Saturday morning, a duplicate automated response email was accidentally issued to a number of our customers. This was a technical issue caused by the email system we use and was not linked to any of our account information. The problem with the system has been isolated and is now fixed.

We would like to reassure customers that we take the security of our customer data seriously. We apologise to those affected customers for any inconvenience or confusion that may have been caused.
